Day-by-Day Programme

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

  • From Noi Bai Airport to hotel (35 km; 60 mins).
  • Welcome dinner at Tam Vi, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
    Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi Highlights

  • Visit the Temple of Literature, then choose between the Vietnam Women’s Museum or Hoa Lo Museum.
  • In the afternoon, stroll through the Old Quarter and enjoy a local food tour starting at 15:30, sampling Hanoi’s street food.
    Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi to Halong Bay

  • Depart Hanoi at 09:00 for Halong Bay (160 km; 2.5 hrs).
  • Board a cruise, enjoy lunch, and take part in onboard activities before dinner.

Day 4: Halong Bay to Hoi An

  • Breakfast on board, then check out and transfer to Hanoi Airport (150 km; 3.5 hrs) for your flight to Danang.
  • Drive to Hoi An, with the afternoon at leisure.

Day 5: Hoi An Cooking Class

  • Cooking class at an organic farm, learning about Vietnamese cuisine.
  • Food tour exploring Hoi An’s local specialties.

Day 6: Hoi An City Tour and Vespa Adventure

  • Participate in a vegetarian cooking class, exploring local markets and ingredients.

  • Fly from Hue to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City Coffee Culture

  • Begin at 08:30, exploring Saigon’s coffee culture.

  • Visit the oldest coffee shop in Saigon (90 years old) to learn about traditional coffee-making.
  • Discover a restored shophouse to taste and prepare specialty Vietnamese coffee, including ‘caphe trung’ (egg coffee).
  • Return to the hotel; rest of the day at leisure.
    Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Departure from Ho Chi Minh City

  • Leisure time until transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport (8 km; 30 mins) for your onward flight.
