Hosting a large-scale Fam Trip for over 50 international travel agencies under PTAA (Philippine Travel Agencies Association) required seamless coordination across multiple destinations — Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue.

The main challenge was to design a balanced program that not only highlighted Central Vietnam’s natural and cultural beauty but also provided meaningful business engagement and professional networking opportunities within a short timeframe.

Day 1: Arrival in Da Nang – Coconut Jungle – Hoi An by night – Lantern boat experience.
Day 2: Scenic journey via Hai Van Pass – Hue Imperial City tour – return to Da Nang.
Day 3: Explore Marble Mountains & Ba Na Hills with a short seminar and sharing session to strengthen cooperation between Vietnam and PTAA members.
Day 4: Farewell tour – Lady Buddha, APEC Park, Dragon Bridge, Han Market – then transfer to the airport.
